Our Adults-Only Foundation Surf Lesson is designed to give you the best start/re-start to your surfing journey and is exclusively for adults!

Lesson times: 15:00

Perfect for people aged 18+ completely new to surfing, in need of a refresher, those just wanting to have some fun in white water waves, or people who want to get away from other people's kids surf with likeminded adults.

Our small class sizes of 6:1 ensures your safety and longer dedicated 1-on-1 time with your hand-picked Blue Surf coach.

Best of all, the more people you get involved, the more you save per person:

1 Person: £40

2-3 People: £37.50 per person

4-6 People: £35 per person

What to Expect

  • An experience perfect for beginners built around kindness, knowledge, passion, and fun
  • A beautiful beach just 10 minutes from Newquay
  • To gain a strong surfing foundation and ocean confidence
  • Thirty minutes on the beach to learn ocean safety, surf etiquette, picking & catching the right waves
  • To be taught pop-up techniques that gets you surfing and not just standing
  • A surf-specific warm-up designed by David Lee at Podium Physio
  • 90 minutes of surf time
  • Dedicated 1-on-1 time with a surf coach over 3-4 wave periods
  • Not a child in sight (ok, we can't promise that - but they won't be in your group lesson)
