Now, we don't know about you,but we think yoga can take itself a little too seriously sometimes.

We're trying to change all that.

Our instructors focus on creating a playful and creative class where laughter is encouraged and falling over is part of the fun!

Adaptations means the class can be as challenging as you want it to be, so it's open to people of all abilities.
